LAST WEEKS QUESTION: What is Becky's BIGGEST, HUGEST, #1 pet peeve?

ANSWER: Ok, where to begin...this is why I told Derick it is like asking a trick question! Pretty much anything repetitive; tapping, crunching, swishing, sliding, clicking, chomping or clicking gum, gulping a drink, sniffing your nose, shaking, whiny voices, whistling, uneven massages (poor Derick can't give me a back rub because he pushes harder with his right thumb compared to his left and it bugs me), when people don't proof read, foods touching each other, telemarketers who don't stop at no, one of my sisters eating my best bite (see comments from previous post) Ok, so I could go on and on. I know that life would be a lot easier to handle if I didn't get so annoyed by these things, but I do!

WRONG, YET CREATIVE: Typing alot instead of a lot, missionaries, waiting in line ( Usually I can handle it, especially when I don't have kids with me!), commercials.

NEW QUESTION: Growing up in Alaska we had a pretty big backyard surrounded by lots and lots of trees. Sometimes when we were asked to mow we would get creative. What would we do? Siblings of mine, be creative and don't give it away!!!

Thanksgiving Point

We have been enjoying our membership to Thanksgiving Point, I would say almost every week! This was a little while ago, but we went one Monday night to the Noah's Ark in the Children's Garden. I was amazed that there weren't hardly any kids there. Where could they be? Then we walked a little farther and found the world's largest slip-n-slide! This was where everyone was! Andrew loved it! He wanted to keep going over and over, but doesn't quite understand waiting in line! So sorry to those that were behind us, Andrew cut a few times... Hill Aerospace Museum

Also on Pioneer Day weekend, we went to the Hill Aerospace Museum. I recommend this to everyone! Best of all, it is free! They have an area just for kids too, but as you can see, Derick and Uncle Ryan had fun in the simulators too!

Hogle Zoo- Pioneer Day

I know this is late, but I had to share the pictures!

Since Derick had the day off work, we headed to the zoo! Andrew loved it. He loved ALL the animals, didn't get tired, didn't complain about being too hot (since it was in the high 90's) and had so much fun!

LAST WEEKS QUESTION: What is Derick's BIGGEST, HUGEST, #1 pet peeve?

ANSWER: Some of you guessed some little ones, but he absolutely can't stand it when people call his cell phone, listen to his recording and then wait to hang up until after it starts recording! Why not just hang up before it starts recording! At a close #2 would have to be leaving garbage in the sink. So there you go, now you know!

WRONG, YET CREATIVE: Muffin top (he hates that), gum popping, toupes, being called Chief, feet & toes, nose pickers, not using your blinker, crusty heels and eating in bed.

Doing things a little different this week...

I know you are all anxiously waiting on the edge of your seats for the answer to last week's trivia question. Well, you have to wait one more week! I know, I know, I'm sorry! I am taking this day to post A MILLION pictures from the past little while. I have gotten so behind on filling in my family and friends on what we have been up to, so here it is! And yes, I do expect comments on each and every one!!!

ROARRR!!

We just bought a membership to Thanksgiving Point. First up, the North American Museum of Ancient Life! Andrew loves this place. It is the largest dinosaur museum in the world! Andrew likes to march around like a sharp-tooth (T-rex to those of you who haven't seen Land Before Time in a while). They also have an exploration area where you can experiment with erosion. Andrew pretty much likes to mound up the dirt and crash the dinosaurs down the hills and splash into the water.

Thanks to Cami and Sheryl, you guys sold me on this membership! I was just jealous of all the fun your families have had here!

Exhausted Kids!

I bought a couple new items for the kids. As you can tell, they both wore themselves out by playing with them!

Andrew got new Lightening McQueen shoes that have lights on them. And yes, he is wearing them to bed. It was like pulling teeth to get him to take them off just to put his jammies on! Ashley got a jumperoo and absolutely loves it!
